In an absolutely heartbreaking story, an American woman has filed a $100
million wrongful death lawsuit against the Biden administration, accusing
the Department of Homeland Security of being responsible for her
daughter’s murder. The suit claims that agents of the U.S. Border Patrol
let an unaccompanied minor out from custody, even though he has purported
ties to the bloodthirsty gang, MS-13.
Tammy Nobles, a witness who testified on Thursday before the House
Homeland Security Committee in the second impeachment hearing of DHS
Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, said in a phone conversation on Tuesday that
she has initiated a case for wrongful death against the DHS. Nobles is
filing a lawsuit due to the rape and choking of her autistic young
daughter, Kayla Hamilton, which she believes could have been avoided.
“It just makes me angry that this could have been prevented if they could
have done their job down at the border. If they would have done their job
then we wouldn’t be here right now doing this,” Nobles explained.
The lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was
initiated this month by Attorney Brian Claypool from the Claypool Law
Firm, located in Pasadena, California.
“A teen with alleged ties to the MS-13 gang has been charged in her death
and is awaiting trial, according to Fox News.
Nobles joined “Fox & Friends First” before testifying at a second
impeachment hearing for Department of Homeland Security Secretary
Alejandro Mayorkas on Capitol Hill over the migrant crisis at the southern
border.
“She was brutally murdered and raped in her room, and he strangled her
with the phone cord. And then he just robbed her of $6, and he just left
her on the floor like trash and went to lunch with his half brother like
nothing happened,” Nobles told the network.
“He had a record, a criminal record in El Salvador in 2020. And he also
had gang tattoos. All they had to do was make one phone call to pull up
his criminal record in El Salvador to find out… he was on the list for and
listed as a known gang member of MS-13. Those two things should have kept
him from entering the country.”

“Republican lawmakers have accused Mayorkas of a “dereliction of duty” and
a “willful violation of his oath” in his handling of the border, where
there have been record levels of migrant encounters,” Fox added.
The House Homeland Security Committee kicked off their final impeachment
hearing Thursday morning with Nobles as a witness.
“Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services didn’t
do their jobs. If they had done their job and properly vetted and checked
her murderer, my daughter would still be alive today,” Nobles went on
during the interview, adding “He wouldn’t have been allowed to go from
Texas all the way to Maryland.”

During another interview on the early morning show “Fox & Friends” on
Thursday, a grieving woman from New Hampshire, whose son tragically died
from fentanyl toxic exposure, expressed it’s “hard to understand” the
federal government’s opposition to Texas’ efforts in guarding the border.
“I was very frustrated with Joe Biden’s administration. I feel like
nothing has been done. I was really feeling like they don’t care about the
numbers of people that are dying from fentanyl. … I would really like Joe
Biden, Kamala Harris, who’s the border czar, to go down to the border and
address the issue,” expressed Andrea Cahill.

From my time on the border near Lukeville, Arizona. The port of entry
closed because so many illegal aliens were there. Mostly male illegal
aliens from the African countries of Senegal and Guinea which are majority
Islamic. Tensions were very high because people tried to cut in line to
get on transport vehicles first. I see that all the time. There were so
many illegal aliens, many had to sleep here 3 days. There's not enough
Border Patrol and the Biden administration refused to call in the national

“Texas is locked in a battle with the federal government over its seizure
of a park along the Rio Grande River, with DHS claiming the move is
unconstitutional and impedes Border Patrol operations along the border,”
Fox News noted.
Texas took control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, an area that had
previously served as a staging area for processing during migrant surges
in the busy crossing area, on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported a massive
seizure of the deadly drug.
“TUCSON, Ariz. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field
Operations, Area Port of Douglas officers arrested a 19-year-old male
attempting to smuggle nearly 492,000 blue fentanyl pills into the United
States,” the agency reported.
On Friday, January 12, 2024, officers at the Area Port of Douglas referred
a 19-year-old United States Citizen male, for additional inspection of his
pickup truck as he attempted to enter the United States. The search led to
the discovery of 500 packages of blue pills which were concealed in a
compartment in bed of the pickup. Initial testing of the pills was
positive for the properties of fentanyl. The weight of the packages was
just 122.98 pounds, which equates to approximately 492,000 pills.
Douglas Area Port Director, Martin Gomez commended the results and
successes of his personnel. “Continued layered enforcement actions and our
entire team’s joint efforts are key to fulfilling our mission of
protecting the homeland. Our officers are keeping deadly drugs off our
streets.”
Officers seized the drugs and vehicle, while the subject was arrested and
turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland
Security Investigations.
