Stunning The Queenspawn

Ive been on Apocalypse for months now, on beginner, and am finding it
impossible to capture a Queenspawn. I have a Bio-Transport at the scene,
with 4 modules, and have stunned the queen.The Building Disabled message
comes up and the Queen reads as alive, so I make my way out of the building,
and fly my craft back to my dimension. The trouble is, the Queenspawn never
seems to come with me. It doesnt appear in the alien containment list and
cant be researched in BioChemistry. Any ideas anyone?

You have to kill all the other aliens in the level.

You have the Bio-transport at the scene, but do you have it selected when you go
in? This may not be your problem or a necessity, but it is worth a look.
