True Faith (3 Trait Merit)
This merit may be bid as counter magic. If a player with True
Faith strongly presents their holy symbol against a vampire, the
vampire must make a social challenge to approach within or
remain within twenty feet. The vampire should role-play being
forced away by a powerful, painful force.
The reference to counter magic is for Mages (we wrote a set of rules
for them, it's working iffy at the moment). Sorry it's not real
detailed, but it's worked for us. As soon as I get time to go over
the rules again, I'm sure it will become more detailed.

The group I play with in Atlanta has been "working on" rules for hunter
special abilities, like true faith, hedge magic, and so on. We're
not ready to adopt them yet, but hopefully will be real soon now.
I'd really like to hear your experiences with The Hunters Hunted, especially
since you said it was "unsuccessful". Maybe we can avoid some of the
mistakes you made.
