I wonder which stats those mentioned Ghouls have. Please with reference to a
WW book if possible. Are they just normal Ghouls with spikes on every inch
of their skin, and 1 or to 2 additional soak dices (Vicissitude 2) after
being altered by Vicissitude?

According to good old Ghouls: Fatal Addiction, War Ghouls are
appropriately known as Vozhd.
A Vozhd is formed with Koldunic rites from 15 or more normal ghouls (as
"normal" as a Tzimisce ghoul can be). Vozhd are immune to Animalism,
Dominate and Presence, completely insane and barely controllable. It's
doubtful that Tzimisce would be stupid enough to have these guys just
lying around (unless you're playing Redemption); but, it could be fun.

You can more about them, including sample stats in Clanbook: Tzimisce p.40,

PretzelMonarch spoke the following words of wisdom:
: Vozhd are immune to Animalism,

: Dominate and Presence, completely insane and barely controllable.

Or as a friend of mine used to say: ``You open the crate, point vaguely
in some direction and run away the opposite way.''

Greetings,
