Heroic Instance Keys list

and would like to get all the keys for my two lvl 70s.
What are all the heroic instances, what are the names of the keys and
where do I get them (knowing that honored rep is needed)?

Hellfire Citadel (Ramparts, Blood Furnace & Shattered Hallds)
Honored with Honor Hold/Thrallmar depending on faction
-> Logistics Officer Ulrike (Honor Hold) if you are Alliance
-> Quartermaster Urgronn (Thrallmar) if you are Horde
Auchindoun (Mana Tombs, Auchenai Crypts, Setthek Halls, Shadow Labyrinth)
Honored with Lower City
-> Nakuda (Lower City)
Coilfang Reservoir (Slave Pens, Underbog, Steamvault)
Honored with Lower Cenarion Expedition
-> Fedryen Swiftspear (Cenarion Refuge)
Caverns of Time (Old Hillsbrad, Black Morash)
Honored with Keepers of Time
-> Alurmi (Caverns of Time, bottom of the entry tunnel)
Tempest Keep (Mechanar, Botanica, Arcatraz)
Honored with the Sha'tar

Heroic instances are simply harder versions of all the 5-mans added in
TBC.
Heroic Ramparts, Blood Furnace, and Shattered Halls in Hellfire
Peninsula, key obtained from Thrallmar/Honor Hold.
Heroic Slave Pens, Underbog, and Steamvaults in Zangarmarsh, key
obtained from Cenarion Expedition.
Heroic Mana Tombs, Auchenai Crypts, Sethekk Halls, and Shadow
Labyrinth in Terokkar Forest, key obtained from Lower City.
Heroic Durnholde Keep and Black Morass in Tanaris, key obtained from
Keepers of Time.
Heroic Mechinar, Botanica, and Arcatraz in Netherstorm, key obtained
from the Sha'tar.
Thrallmar/Honor Hold you can find the rep vendor at each respective
town.
Cenarion Expedition's rep vendor is in the CE town in eastern
Zangarmarsh.
Lower City's rep vendor is at the southern end of Lower City, near the
cooking/tailoring trainers and vendors.
Keepers of Time's rep vendor is in the Caverns of Time in Tanaris.
Take the dragon flight to the bottom, then start running back up
towards the top. The vendor will be in or around some houses on the
right as you start up the path to the top.
Sha'tar's rep vendor is in the Terrace of Light in Shattrath, near the
big purple Naaru.
Each vendor only sells 1 key, but that 1 key unlocks heroic mode for
all the dungeons that vendor is associated with.
You might also consider getting keys to open doors to locked
instances. The Shadow Labyrinth key drops off the last boss of
SethekkHalls, so its easy to get.
The Shattered Halls key quest starts in Shadowmoon Valley. Go to the
Black Temple, follow the northern path towards the Ata'mal Terrace and
just before you get to the steps go left. Kill a named mob there who
drops an item that starts the chain. This chain can be soloed if on
the last step, you kite a Fel Reaver to Thrallmar/Honor Hold and let
them kill it.
The Arcatraz key starts after a chain in Netherstorm, from the
Consortium at the Stormspire. I forget what chain leads up to it, but
eventually you are given a quest to run Mech and Bot to get 2 pieces
of the key.

All of the 5-man instances have heroic versions.
