Only exists in the US version from what I've been able to tell. There is a
button beside the name textbox on the character creation screen. Clicking
the button generates a random name for the toon based (afaik) on the race
and sex of the character. Unfortunately most of the suggested names are
already taken on most of the realms, so it's very much a matter of
frustration:

Click, nah.
Click, nah.
Click, yeah, ok, doh taken.
Click, nah.
Click, nah.
