Have a look around, Bertie....you will gain experience and vital knowledge
of your own capital cities which may come in handy in the future...

There's one in ALL the major cities. They're by the mage/portal trainers in
Org and UC, dunno about Silvermoon as I basically never go there. I assume
it's near the portal trainer as well.

But to let you know you're not looking around in vain: Yes, there are
portals to the Dark Portal in all capital cities. In IF it is in the room
where mage & priest trainers are (and where you land when taking the portal
from Shatt/Dalaran). In SW it's at the bottom of the winding stair leading
down from the room where the mage trainer is (and where you land when taking
the portal from Shatt/Dalaran). Don't know about EX and DN nor horde cities
but I assume they would be close to the place the portals from Shatt take
you to....

In Darnassus it's inside the Temple of the Moon.

Which is also where you end up taking the portals in Dalaran and Shattrath,
so my guess seems to be right ;-)
On second thought it is also where the mage portals bring you to and where
the portal trainer is.

The very last part of which is the relevant one ;-) The Blasted Lands
portals are *always* by the Portal Trainer (in *all* Azeroth Capitol
cities, is my understanding, but I don't have a Horde toon high enough
to have had to check it out).
