""This is the last boss in the dungeon; hence the name Overlord. To
get to him you need to make your way to the wolf den where Halycon is
(if you have been thru most of the dungeon you will know where this is
and where to go). Just before you turn into the wolf den, on your
right and back a bit is a set of stairs leading up. A wolf/orc patrol
often comes down those stairs.
Note I said stairs, not ramp....the ramp (behind you when you turn
right to come into Halycon's area from the scorpion hall) leads up to
the quartermaster's area and is a dead end.
The stairs go up to a fairly densely crowded area with 5 or so groups
of orcs closely packed. This was the 'wipe' area pre-burning crusade,
as these guys run often and there are so many adds possible. Pull each
group down the stairs sequentially and it limits adds by a huge
amount.
This room has the 'wooden plank' bridge that drops down to Omokk's
area (again, if you have been searching, you know the place). Crossing
the wooden plank there are two sets of mobs (on your left are sleepers
who awaken at almost any nearby disturbance >,<), and there is a
doorway to the right. Go thru the doorway, past 2 mobs (usually an
ogre and mutant 'blueberry' troll) to a large broken room with a few
more mob groups....this is where overlord wyrmalthak lairs on the
upper broken ledge. When engaged, it is best to fight him with a back
to a wall as he has a nasty punt. At about 50% he will call for his
helpers, usually 2 ogres or an ogre and a mutant troll."

No, he's always there. No need to summon him.
LBRS is a bit of a maze; it might be difficult to describe textually
how to get to him.
Did you make it through the spider areas with Mother Smolderweb? If so,
that's probably a good place to start giving directions.

Had to run that one a second time for the pup - I sort of accidentally
caught them all in an AoE...
