all my quests have disappeared

I've been catching up on low level quests of recent, but also running
Strat to get get my rep up with the argent dawn.

I had another AD quest given last night on a return from a run which I
was going to do today, half way around Strat I went to check my quest
log and all my freakin' quests have disappeared. the log is completely
blank, I'm very annoyed.

I do use the Quest Helper addon but I haven't changed it or anything. I
can't have cancelled them all with an accidental click could I?

After hearthing to Dalaran then taking a portal to SW, I now have my
quests back. Most. Odd.

I've also had that happen infrequently. /rl sorts it out for me.
