14 human levels and 14 orc levels in the story line; then another 28
'built in' custom scenarios; then all the .pud files you can build or
gather. The built-in's & .pud's aren't really 'levels', in that they
don't progress from easiest to hardest. They're just a bunch of
unrelated scenarios, at generally the same level of difficulty.
They're better play, IMHO, than the levels in the story line. Best of
all, of course, is the multi-player.

I think part of the problem is that they've got the voice part reading
every scenario, and writers have to weave the "plot" into scenarios, and
all this takes resources. 24 scenarios is a healthy number, but I would
have liked a few more progessive threads of PUDs.
