I'm on the fence. I played the demo, so I know it'll be fun with
friends, but I'm wondering how long it will take to burn through all
the questions.
I had considered it because we like the original game so much... but
we have the original game. Granted, there are different questions
here... and you'll surely be able to download more... hell, why
not? :-)
It's broken.
Buzz in to see the answers and then buzz again on the correct one ==
everyone tries to hit the button as fast as possible so they can see the
answers and lock the others out.
Stupid game mechanic that should never have made it through playtesting.

God no.
That is indeed a stupid game mechanic, but how else would you do it?
The game's not going to know what you're saying and having to type it
out with the controller would take way too long.
The stupid bit is the having to buzz to see the answers. No point
watching the question and trying to work out what is correct, just hit
the button, see the answers (locking your opponents out) and choose
which one you think is right by deduction or guessing.
Showing the answers with the question straight away would prevent the
first to the buzzer to see the answers stupidity. No one bothers
watching the question they just hammer away at the buzz in button.
Play any of the Buzz games on PS2 to see how it should be done.
I can see where this would be a problem on Xbox Live, but I think if
you're playing a party game in a party setting, most people aren't
going to be idiots like that... otherwise, what's the point of even
playing the game?
I know that my friends wouldn't be dumbasses... at least not in this
context, haha.
