Apparently it gives you rewards for certain things (like your first
purchase from XBLM or fill out surveys if you are Silver, or
if you are Gold, those plus subscribing to Netflix or doing a
Gold Renewal). The rewards are Microsoft Points (I got 100 of 'em
for filling out the original survey).

I don't know how many MS is doing. Since the notice said it was
for the next 6 months, I guess it's just testing the concept out
for now. It didn't say anything about it being a secret or
such (which wouldn't make any sense anyway), so I posted about
it here.

system; Orange, Gray and Green (judging from their pictures,
