Found Answer to PSP Error "This video cannot be played"

Well folks it seems that the PSP Cannot use the native resolution
meaning that if your using PSP VIDEO 9 To transcode Your video to MP4
You must do the following.
First Set the Max Resolution to :320x240
When you choose the settings sliders choose new format, widescreen.
which will make the screen size 480x272 and the max resolution
320x240 thus stretching the picture. Sony seems to have dumbed it
down due to copyrights...it still looks good if you use good quality
they just don't want Hi-res movies I would guess...

I then made a VIDEO FOLDER And put the movie in that...played
without any errors.

I recently found out that using ImToo PSP Video converter works
great ... just use the default settings , put the videos in the VIDEO
Folder which needs to be made and make sure no eroneous folders or
files are there...
