There are so many things wrong with that site I can't even begin to list
them all. Go away and never come back!

Yawn yawn. list them then, where is your site located so I can look at that.
You do have a site of your own don't you? I'm assuming you do because of
your comment.

We can begin with auto-resizing windows and useless popups. I'm sure the
site could provide some useful info, but I'm sure most people won't
spend many seconds trying to find it. Oh, and if you happen to be using
Lynx, all you get is "[LINK] [LINK] [LINK] [LINK]".

There is nothing wrong with my site design, all those problems you mention
are caused by cjb.net the service I use for redirection. They resize the
window and add the pop-ups.

Oh I have one java pop-up window on entry to the site asking for a little
help; only takes someone a few seconds to read it I added that one.

If it really is cjb.net who fuck things up for you then I apologize as
it's not your fault (except the poor choice of service provider).
However, I don't recall any other cjb.net site behaving similarly.
However, I do stick to my comment regarding Lynx use. I know I'm in the
minority, but I often use a text terminal for net access and stuff like
that really bothers me.

I understand what you saying but for one person to create a site and think
about all the different browsers and system set-ups is very time consuming,
hence the reason the site was created with IE Explorer in mind, because many
ppl use this. Also Cjb.net is not my ISP it just re-directs ppl to my web
site. As I said the ads and window resizing etc is all cjb.nets doing not
mine.

Ha, that site talks about bordered games, then says 'Site best viewed in
800x600 and above'...

At least it isn't an MSIE or Netscape only site :) and it 'does' work on any
resolution, but to say that on such a site is like saying 'better played on
PAL rather than NTSC'.

I do it - why cant you? Its not time consuming at all as you simply make
it work in the lowest browser which 9 times out of 10 means it also works
in IE. I always code my sites for Netscape which has a knock on effect of
working in IE perfectly as well. Lynx - well if you intend to run an
information site then you MUST make sure that the text comes out right
though I agree that Lynx is a much less priority.

I havent seen any cjb site do this either but if it does then why not use
dhs.org which has NO popups at all and support you running a mail server.
