You have to get to the second world, Autumn Plains. There is an area
towards the left when you start up in Autumn Plains where you must pay
Money Bags to teach you to climb. Then you can go back and finish a
few climbing places back in Summer Forest.

It's in level two, so you have to get there first and then get back to
finish up the other levels...
