32% - Stuck in the Metroid Prime 'Reflecting Pool' room, trying to get into the 'Antechamber'

I'm having a ball in Metroid Prime, but I'm now ~really~ stuck at 32%
complete. A 'Climate Anomaly' is being detected (thats the hint) in
the Antechamber of the Chozo Ruins. To get in there, I enter this room
called the 'Reflecting Pool'. Water everywhere, 4 stone toad thingies,
and some ledges I can't get up to... I think the ice beam is in the
Antechamber, but can't get to it ;(
Alright, so I thought maybe I need the gravity suit to get up into the
Antechamber... Tried looking for it, can't... frustrated. So I did
some searching in this group and see that it's supposedly off of the
Quarantine Cave in the Phendora Drifts (where the big rock monster was
- now theres one of those big guys with crystals on his back). I can't
get to this one ledge in the Quarantine Room - looks like I need
either the gravity suit to jump up to it, or the grapple beam to swing
across (theres rapple thingies in the room).
So now I'm totally totally stuck. Can anyone please please pretty
please offer me some help? Weep!

If I remember right this is the area where there is a drain at the
bottom of the pool. After the water drains you use the morph ball
boost to get up onto the ledges.

You can ignore the big blue thing with the chrystals on its back. Just
drop to the floor and turn into the morph ball. Roll over to the spider
rail, attach, and follow it to the ledge. Explore the new area and find
the gravity suit.

You will need 3 things at this point.
1. Morph Ball - Im sure you got this already.
2. Morph Ball Bombs - Im sure you have this too by now.
2. Ball Boost (or whatever the proper name is)
You have to jump in the water, and find the drain. Unplug it and the water
willd rain out. Now you have a very nice looking halfpipe that Tony Hawk
probably has in his backyard. Use the Ball Boost to get some air as you go
back and forth across the halfpipe. Once you get high enough, the stone
toads will eat you. Drop a bomb to blow them up and break free. You can now
advance on the 2nd floor of this room.

You need to drain the pool by bombing the drain, then use the half pipe.
One thing to know is that these hints tell you where the item you'll need
next is. In other words if it says go here, you have everything you need to
get there.

morph balled around that pool so many times now I cant believe I didnt
find a drain! Ugg!!! :)
