Any good Babeball Gamecube games yet?

I have a gamecube and I just was really nostalgic for a good
baseball game. I hear there are no good gamecube baseball games (yet). Is
this true? If so, what are some (if any ) good n64 gamecube games?

Both Gamecube Baseball games (Homerun King and All-Star Baseball) are like
$11.99 at my local EB, so that's not that good a sign. Are either of these
good? Is there an upcoming good game title coming out? Wait for an EA game?

EB over here in the UK does a 10-day no questions return policy, do
you get the same? If so you could try them for 10 days for free and
$12 is nothing anyhow.
