You are making it sound like the N64 hasn't realeased 1 DENCENT game this
whole year. Come on now, some of them have been just plain horrible, but
then again look at Smash Brothers, DNZH, and now DK64 and Jet Force Gemni -
they all look like pretty good games too me. And at this crutial time
period where the life of the PSX and N64 seems to be hanging by a very thin
thread - I wouldn't change your views. The war doesn't appear to be between
PSX and N64 as much anymore, more like PSX and N64 vs. Dreamcast. They are
both in serious danger right now...

Hi.
I couldnt name a playstation title comming out anytime soon. You know why?
Because i dont need to spend time looking up release dates on the games
comming out. I could goto the local video store once a fortnight and look at
a wall of new playstation games to choose from, whereas with nintendo I am
forced to search the net to learn how many months i have to wait for some
particular game, only to relize that it has been delayed for the 2 dozen'th
time.

and b) I bought both systems when they were released, but lately i've been
questioning the value of the nintendo. Is six months a long time to have not
used a system that is supposed to be the most advanced?

comes out but I'm fed up of few games and fuzzy graphics. So i'll buy a
playstation as well (having advised everyone to buy the superior N64). the
Playstation now has an unrivalled selection of games and even platinum games
are top quality.
I can wait no longer for golf, boxing, tennis, rallying, athletics,
fighting, rugby, etc etc on the N64 - they ain't happening. Now we here
Ridge Racer 64 isn't going to be based on the new playstation version. I am
a very pissed off N64 owner. All we have to look forward to is more cute
games, Mario Golf, DK64. And the Perfect Dark delay is too much - the end.
It seems to take too long to develop on the N64, and with dolphin on the way
the N64 is dead.
At least the playstation 2 is backwards compatible.

Playstation is quite simply the best videogame system ever created. N64
doesn't even come close. Dreamcast just came out, so it will take a while to
see if it is better than Playstation.
Nintendo's marketing plan of "we have the superior system - anti-aliasing,
z-buffering, etc" seemed to fool only the North Americans, where Nintendo is
selling a lot of systems (but Playstation has still sold a lot more in North
America). In every other part of the world, N64 is a flop, with Playstation
totally dominating it. I guess more people outside of North America care
more about the games (Playstation) and less about the hype (N64).
