Mario: "So long gay Bowser." (?)

I've been playing Mario 64 again, and I could swear Mario says "So long gay
Bowser" after throwing Bowser during the battle scenes. My next best guess is
"So long king Bowser," but I'm still skeptical. Anyone know what he's really
saying?

Me and my friends always said the 'gay' version but the real words are
something like.
So long dear Bowser
or
So long big Bowser.

Some weird ones.
So long me Bowser
So long-a Bowser
So long King Bowser

They probably wouldn't put in the phrase "So long gay Bowser" in that
game...although maybe they did just for some added humor. Who knows. (That
or Nintendo is planning a big announcement...Bowser is really gay!! :)

After recording that line to my computer, and using sophisticated audio
software, I slowed the .wav file and it's "So long big bowser"

Mario is Italian. He has an accent. For example, he says,
"It's-a me, Mario" instead of just, "It's me" Follow? Ok.
All he is saying to Bowser is, "So long, Bowser." But, because of that
pathetic accent, it comes out, "So long-a, Bowser."

And I don't think Bowser is gay...after all, he keeps kidnapping the
Princess, right?
