Zelda MM Fairy problem.

I have found 4 in the final room before the boss. three in windows, one in
fire
found 3 in the room where you move the block, under platform, spider, hornet
nest
found 2 in the first room. chest, pot
found 4 in the floating flower room. pot, floating, flower, chest
found 1 in the dark room with long corridor
Where am I missing the last one at, I have been through this dungeon 5
times.

The one I don't think you mentioned is in the floating flower room. It
is by the door to the block room, you must kill the Deku Baba there.

Oops, sorry about that last blank post... this new mouse, the sensitivity is
set too high on the double click.
Anyhow... my spoiler space

Ok... the one I think you are missing is in the room with the eye you have
to shoot and the deku flower goes up and down... if you look on the same
wall as the eye there is a hornets nest in the aztec painting on the wall.
Do you have the fairy mask (from in town, when you go as Link after
assembling the fairy). If you do and wear it, the mask's hair will sparkle
if there is a fairy in the room.
NOW... I have included a full list below of the fairies in the dungeon...
again a second spoiler space incase you don't want to read that...

WOODFALL TEMPLE FAIRY LOCATIONS

1. Directly in front of you when you enter - wear the Great Fairy Mask to
get it.
2. Inside the chest in the first room of the dungeon as you're flying over
the pit.
3. Kill the Deku Baba next to the locked door in the second room with the
giant flower.
4. Smash all the pots in the far corner of the giant flower room.
5. When you collect the first Small Key, shoot the beehive on the left of
it with a bubble then wear the Great Fairy Mask.
6. Under the platform with the stone block on it. When you light the torch
on the giant flower, the poison in the water disappears, allowing you to
collect it.
7. Inside a beehive above the giant stone block - shoot them with bubbles.
8. Kill the Skulltula in the stone block room.
9. In the dark passage, wipe out the Black Boes to make a chest appear.
10. Burst the bubble on the ledge above the giant flower, then wear the
Great Fairy mask.
11. Fly over to the switch behind the unlit torch above the giant flower,
then drop down and open the chest.
12. On the third ledge up on the left of the large room before Odolwa.
13. On the first ledge up on the right of the large room before Odolwa.
14. On the third ledge up on the right of the large room before Odolwa.
15. On the flaming pillar in the large room before Odolwa. Hit the crystal
switch, fly to the right-hand pillar before flying left to the fairy.
