Bots playing at lvl 255?! What the?!

Maybe this one has been answered before but here goes...
I enjoy practicing with the DM bots, but lately its been automatically
playing the bots at skill lvl 255! When I try to reset to the std lvls 0-3
it still plays at 255! This is beyond frustrating. I have recently loaded a
few maps from Nali City and Planet Unreal, does this have anything to do
with the problem... I'm also running patch 2.20.

This is a known issue and will be fixed in 221.

You can manually adjust the BOT skill from the console by typing SET
BOT SKILL = x, where X is between 0 and 3. Try it, it works.

just one bot.

I set mine to zero and was playing a multiplayer with a freind and
some bots. I then noticed on the server console that it showed there
skill level as 255. No doubt they lived up to this, as if you gave
them one clear shot, for only a fraction of a second, you were
toasted, roasted, diced, or sliced.

I think it is easier with many bots. They kill each other, and you have
time to get health and collect weapons when needed.

To answer the question, I think skill 3 is more agressive than zero.

bot skill" thing really work or not (in a botmatch)?
