i recently bought a mace from a vendor for 1800GP .. i dont remember, but i
think it was a surp acc durable magic silver mace. or something very close
to that. i've seen maces of force and ruin also .. what is the best mace to
get for a beginning macer (50's skill) to bash heads in with? (no, not PK'n
.. fighting lizardmen and such)

Find a GM smith and ask him to make you a war hammer oder mace if you use
parring. Everything else is too expensive.

dont buy any magic weapons unless they Force or higher. Get GM crafted
weapons, ignoring accuracies, they do as much damage as force.
