training tactics?

Hello,
I know a "trick" to train dexterity (playing music) and raising INT but i
dont know how to macro training tactics. Does anyone know how to train
tactics fast?

Thnx but what do u mean with "and then disarm"? disarm who and how?

That was unclear, what i meant to say is have your friend (in GM Plate
or something) attack a creature and then the friend should stop
attacking or disarm his (the friend) weapon. So that he doesn't kill
the monster for you. Then you can hack away while your friend can keep
him/herself healed.
