I just want to know which one is best, which one has the most features,
generally what are the pros and cons of each, does anyone come with a
pre created world.

Even though I have played UO for well over a year there are a lot of
places I have yet to visit, are any of these emulators easy to set up
or are they involved ? I would like to be able to wander around UO a
bit, don't even need monsters or whatever just want to check out the
lay of the land offline ?

The settings is up is made difficult because each of the "how to"
documents for each of the emulators is just wrong enough to cause
headaches! Apart from that then they are straight forward and great
fun. IMHO the most fully featured at the moment is UOX and it is very
straight forward to use with some excellent utilities.
Have a go! If you make a mistake, just delete it! The /kill command
makes you feel a bit God like! Hehe!
