1) It's just a game
B) Nothing you lost is really worth all that much.
III) REVENGE YOUR DEATH.
If this is ever going to be any sort of RPG, it has to be halfway
realistic. The only threat to humanity is _humanity_ - you can't flip
your little "Gangsta' Switch" and walk down the street in the "Icky
Parts" of LA. It just doesn't happen. In RL, or even ANY RPG I have
EVER played, you can definatly kill each other. In the heat of the
battle, that misguided arrow that was flung by your hunting partner
could take you out. The thought of a PK Switch brings back memories
of 2player Double-Dragon. You can kill the baddies, but you can't
hurt your little friend.
That's ridiculous. At least to me.
About EQ. I don't know that much about it. I'm not really interested
in it at the moment to tell you the truth. But the reason why
cheating isn't at bad on OU as it is on Diablo is because most of the
data files that keep any info that important are located on the
server. Henceforth, no hacking. This causes the lag and so fourth,
but it is a much better environment.
EQ being all 3D will cause a problem with this. If they expect to
keep cheating down, then they will have to do the same thing that UO
does.
Let me teach you all about physics and technology here.
You are connected on a 33.6 modem (being generous) Your computer is
decent, I would say at least a PII 200 (not sure what the minimum for
EQ is). Playing a completly 3D game is already a bit choppy. If you
are going to have to receive this type of stuff from the server, it's
gonna die. It ain't gonna happen.
Like I said before, I don't know how EQ is set up. From a first
glance, it doesn't look pretty. It looks GREAT as an offline game,
but I would have to see it being played on a typical computer using a
modem.

So what you are saying is that my time is not worth shit ? I am sure you
didn't mean that but think before posting!

Stop comparing this game to real life you dummy. It proves you don't know
shit about life. I don't pay to get killed or have my time wasted. I don't
know if you can see my point but this seems to be pretty easy to understand.
1) Do not waste my few hours of relaxation when I get home.
2) I do not pay for others gaming experiences!
Do you get it?
ANTI-PK extremist Talking!
So lets measure up to the odds of me revenging my self.
One I play along PK's come in groups.
two I use 56k most pk's brag about how bad ass their cable modems are or
that they play at work on a T1 or better. cost of cable modem SHIT can't
even get one in this BFE town. Work wel lets say work don't have one.
Hacked chars and softwae not to mintion since they killed everyone
already they got the nest armore and weapons their ebolts can drag down.
UOE UOA all these contribute to their superiority.
Now my chance at revencge? ZERO! ain't gonna happon. nope even when we
out number them they still win by recalling or just plain knocking down
some numbers. them two hit bows of vanquishing must realy be nice. too
bad they arn't tossed about the servers like might and ruin.
Ok acording to you the only role playing we can do here is the war
cenario. WaR WAR WAR AND MORE WAR. So much for a friendly huting expo with
frineds meeitng some young femal doing her laundry and making a wife and
buying a home and settling down to go off to war and die in battle?
That's what UO was saposed to be to me. They said 100 of players in same
battle. town wars and such. hmm seams more like try to fight punk ass
losers who got better equipment then you and are nto role playing they
just want your shit man! liek the crayolas what a bunch of dickweeds.
To your comments I do the Itilian under the chin flip off to you!

Let's think about number 3.
If you wern't able to keep from being PK'ed in the first place, you probably
can'r revenge your death.
