i know that feeling! i was finally getting into assassins creed, almost
near the end and my blasted gamepad broke!! so now here i sit wanting
something to play on a sunday afternoon......ugh.

i think i've replayed all the TR's and all the Thief games enough to
re-enact them in my freakin' yard. which.....btw, would be FUUUUUN to
do! but i would look like a freak of nature to all my neighbors, so i
won't.

RAGE ATTACK. I hate RAGE ATTACK.It cost me my Microsoft Precision 2
joystick.I'm now using a gamepad.But it is still not any easier .Ah the joys
of being a gamer.

This is probably one of the days where I'm glad that I have a PC to

well........you'd have to get imaginitive in that case, but
still.......you can pretend. heh. just...you know....skip the shorts.
that's almost....there's just no words for that.

you know.....on second thought......whatever happened to kids playing
guns in the neighborhood? when i was a kid i ran through every yard on
my block with an air rifle or cap gun screaming things like 'you're
dead!' and 'hey climb that tree and i'll shoot you out of it, k??'

man.....would i be in trouble now! i can just imagine all the doors and
curtains flying open with people on their phones calling 911. not to
mention all the home visits from social services. :(

do kids dream of being the next indiana jones or lara croft anymore??
you gotta wonder if they're allowed.....

Here in Australia you can buy a cap gun at any toy store, but as soon as you
take it out of the store you could be charged with possessing an imitation
firearm. This is why we don't see kids playing with toy guns in the street.
The laws don't distinguish between the young and the not so young. What is
the world coming to if today's kids can't have a game of Cowboys and Indians
or Indy and Lara.

You don't have the law requiring an orange tip at the end like we do in
the states?

Toy guns imported from China,Taiwan etc have the orange tip,but if you get
caught with it in the street,tip or no tip,and you are wavering it around or
got it in your pocket your in trouble.However if your silly enough to
threaten people with a capgun you're just looking for trouble, because the
other person might just have a real one. GAME OVER.
