HOW DO YOU ALLY IN TIB SUN?

I keep pressing A on his units, and he keeps pressing A on my units at the
same time, but nothing happens!! We have set the alliance button to A in
the game controls, so that can't be the problem.

Can someone help me?

In certain modes of multiplayer game allying is *not* an option.

Are you multiplaying by modem? Some versions don't have this ally stuff when
using a modem.

There I was...In the middle of the jungle surrounded by the natives. The
Chief head-hunter Janet Dennis had a large bone protruding from his nose and
carried a spear that could split an elephant's skull. Now I didn't speak
the language, but my translator Ebulu told me he said...

Did you try a fruit basket. I know if someone sent me a fruit basket I
would ally with them.

I made that mistake once.... I will never make it again - did you know how
easy it is to hide a grenade in a fruit basket?

Oh yeah. Well do you remember that time they actually put the Grenade
inside that banana. I'm not gonna tell ya what I did with that
banana....but I gotta tell ya I walked funny for a week.
