Tiberian Sun GDI Alternate ending?

Hi

I've read something about an alternate ending if you destroy the
temple-of-nod with the ion canon in the final GDI mission.

I have tried but I don't see an alternate ending. Is there one and how
do you activate it? Does anyone have a savegame leading to the
alternate ending?

You're thinking of the *original* Command & Conquer - there is no
