there, i got it out
shit.

you go there, the support sucks. (well maybe not for the usual problems, but
for mine, nada)
and no where does it give the ability to email.

f*ck

i just bought a second copy of TS/FS, so i can install it in my second
computer, and play both (see earlier posts).

so, i uninstalled the old game, since it was with the other disk. i install
TS, use the serial #, go online, get the updates, go to multiplayer, works
fine.

install FS, it doesn't ask for a serial number. when i try to go online, it
says "your serial number was not found. this is most likely due to a
mistyped serial number during install. Reinstall......"

well f*ck.

i know it was right
and running TS proved it.
so what the hell is it's problem?

it the old one hiding somewhere?
as usual, i am using my existing nicknames. but that shouldn't matter.

does anyone know how to fix it, or get WW help?

Firestorm doesn't need a serial number because it is an expansion pack, it
uses Tiberian Suns number.
If you registered the old serial number and are now trying to log in with
the same name and a different number that is probably the problem.
Try creating a new account with a new name, using the new serial number, and
use your old name with the old serial numbered game.
Say hi to Max. ;-)
(You figured out who I am yet Tom?)

Does Westwood (now EA) still support TS/FS online?

Have you tried playing it through GameSpy??

I cant help much as the last C&C game i played online was Renegade but only
works through GameSpy..
I think the WW game servers have been taken down...correct me if i am
wrong...

Yes, WW online for TS/FS. some activity going on. TS had about 6 games, FS
about 3. I like to meet my clan buddies there to take on the AI.
