I'm looking for a nectary house for the Sims 3. Looking for that
elusive "not too big, not too small" size except I don't know exactly
what it is.
Here's what I like in general:
at least 3-4 bedrooms on the second floor, with nothing else on the
same floor, except bathrooms
lots of skill items (or room to place them)
must have a proper basement nectary area, can place nectar maker and
the storage bins myself, but must be a nice and deep pre-dug basement.
A good sized garden -- not a huge wasteland needing to be filled, but
not so cramped you can't put 3-4 of 'all' the plants in the game plus
room for future expansions (if they add more plants later)
A pond with existing fish animations would be good. Doesn't need to be
a huge pond but would be nice if it had 2 visible fishing zones (so I
could have a deathfish spot separate from all the other fish I'll want
to stock).
I found what looked like a decent lot in the Exchange, very pretty,
but it's just too big. One sim cannot harvest all the grapes in a
single session (without getting too dirty) and so I have a family of
five who are essentially wasting their days sharecropping to support
one sim's hobby.
I suck at layout and design or I would built it myself.
Err, or I would *build* it myself.
Also, here's the house that's pretty but "too big":
