I couldn't figure it out. There was nothing in the room to make her
wake back up (no radio, TV, etc.). Then I noticed in her queue that
there was a picture of her crib and a picture of her next to it. I
put the mouse over the picture of her and it said "Allergies!"
I have NEVER seen that before. When did that come about and what am
I supposed to do about it?
One of my Sims is a family Sim and could make Chicken Soup, except I
don't know how you would give it to a toddler.
That was just something brand new to me...after all this time! Anybody
else ever see this? Is it part of the game or it is perhaps a
"feature" of one of my hacks that I just didn't know about.
Oh well...who needs Sims 3? 2 is still surprising me.
Well, the allergies came with Seasons and sims usually get them in the
Spring. Adult sims sneeze. No idea what you do with toddlers. Did you try
cancelling out the action? Or maybe she just needs to get out of the crib
so she can sneeze? Otherwise, I have no idea how to fix it except maybe for
force error, reset.
Best wishes

That came with Seasins I thnk...n the soring many of my sims sniffle and
sneeze when they go outside...
This new one (Allergies) MUST have come with Free Time. To give a Toddler
some soup, I would guess that you would have to put her in the highchair,
then click the stove or fridge to get the option to make the soup, then
offer it to her. To offer it to her, I do not know if you would click the
large bowl, or the kid. This sounds neat; I wonder what other stuff Eaxis
is hiding on us?

I did try cancelling out the action and that did no good, it just
reoccured. I tried taking her out of the crib and setting her down,
but she was so tired that she just cried and the bubble with the bed
appeared over her head. Then I thought some more about it...
What would I do with my own tot if he appeared to have allergies and
couldn't sleep (besides medicating). I gave her a bath and put her
back to bed...and she slept fine.
Ha! That was interesting and I loved the "challenge".
I didn't try the option to Serve Dinner / Chicken Soup because a) the
family didn't have a high chair and only had §8 in the bank, so they
couldn't buy one and b) the Family Sim was already in the bed asleep.
But I might try that next time...if it ever happens again. In all my
hours of playing, that's the first time I've seen allergies. I've
noticed my adults sniffling and sneezing on occassion, but never the
toddlers.
