sig graphic came up and I bailed.

Holy shit.

Hehe. There are those who get upset over a bit of skin or coarse language.
I forget that there are those who have the same problem with clowns! ;)

This might be slightly less upsetting:

Yes, very! :)

But noting the time, I can't make it. :(
Too early for me, since we're on the same time as Pacific
during the winter.

Maybe you can make the later maps, when the right-coasters are doddering
off to bed. (Alas, I'm on "right coast time", so I may not make the later
maps.)

I can make it, and hon, things probably will run long, so you can catch a
few late matches.

Damn dude, you get up when Ross does. Well, there's
something you have in common- he's on his computer by
5:00am too. Although he's checking the truck routes for
work..........

I'm just getting up several days "late" from when I was born. I'm not on a
fixed schedule, and as I find myself getting up later and later, I
eventually end up getting up early in the morning. I wish I lived on Mars,
where the days are longer, to match my internal clock.

OH! I'm that way- I stay up until I'm sleep, which means I'm
often *still* up when Ross wakes up! He goes to bed, and I settle
in a comfy chair in one of my craft rooms with this laptop.
And Jessica puppy, of course. :)

Come to think of it, if we were on the same schedule right now,
neither of us would get to sleep until Jessie finally got tired of
chasing the cats and creating mayhem.
At least this way, Ross can sleep undisturbed. Jessica thinks
it's great fun to jump on and off our waterbed. :o}

Reminds me of a story of one of our late cats: He was asleep on the far
side of Witchie's waterbed and she didn't see him. She plopped down onto
the bed, and the resulting wave picked him up and flung him in a high arc
to a pile of clothes on the far side of the room. He woke up mid-flight.

ROFL Been there, done that!!! Our cats now
brace themselves for the "wave". LOL Unless they
happen to be *sound* asleep, which is rare now.
We both think that Grizzy and TinkyBits actually
enjoy the sudden uplift, because they can be awake on
the bed, watch us approach, and instead of leaving, they
hold on and "ride the wave". LOL

Ok, question, will this be a locked server, or can I get in even
though I am not a MA member? I really want to play with y'all, since its
been a while since those of us here have had a good tribes match.

Password is "fun". Now if I can just get the auth server to ignore my
previous and unsuccessful attempt to launch using my XP64 system and let me
in using my 32-bit Win2k box. It thinks I'm still logged in with the other
box.

Glad you could make it.

(We just finished playing, with about 16-18 players for a couple hours.)

Same here. I was running my tail off with the repair stick in hand, and
trying to chuck invos out for everybody once things were fixed. I hated
that last round with Pandemonium and finally gave up and went back to
working on some home automation code I was trying to package on my Linux
server. ;)

For some reason, when I'd try to load Pandemonium, it'd load it up, then
segfault. Didn't get to play that one at all.

In a few of the matches, I tried repairing your dumb ass, but you wouldn't
stay still long enough. "Dum dee dum, wow I'm almost dead and there's that
weird guy making me healthy again, can't have that! JET PACK!! WEEEE!!!"

I did enjoy it when I spawned a few times and started chasing down heavies
with my blaster. I actually managed to kill one, albeit he was almost dead
to begin with. I got pretty good with the chaingun as things went on,
however I need to practice with my storm hammer. I got too used to the
fast fire rate on Meltdown and Ultra Renegades.

Also, Killer Clown seems really familiar, I think I went up against him in
my T1 days.

Can't stand around. Got things to *DO*! :D (Dying and respawning is much
faster than hanging around getting repaired. Esp. if I take an attacker
with me!)

What this game really needs is a rear-view mirror, so I can see what people
are doing to "my dumb ass".

Hehe, just giving you shit, man. For a while I was running around making
sure people repairing weren't on the brink of death for those oh so
frequent flag raids we were having, so that way things could be brought
back to operating condition a lot quicker than I could do by myself.

Bet people would pay good money to see that. Make a special belt that has
a webcam attached with a GSM connection, and charge to see it.

It was a joke hon, I didn't know if there was a scratchmyass.com. I was
just putting down something that would be funny for a Scratchmonkey ass
webcam site.

It would be funny to see someone do something like that, and probably end
up making more money at it too!

"Mr ScratchMonkey, I love your ass, can I get an autograph?"
"Sure thing, little billy! Just hand than over to me..."
"Not from you, I want your butt to sign it!"

Probably after that, become an alcoholic, and get some disease that makes
him shit funny, which of course drives his ass popularity up even more.

"How does it feel to know that your own buttocks are more well liked and
make more money than you do?"

It would definitely be a site that could be viewed on a PDA. A small PDA.
With little color capability.
