EDIT: I decided to try to fix the siocons for linux, I know I had this problem a long time ago when I got a faster computer. I looked though the code and added a nanosleep in a handshake function. It now transfers properly. Still need to get the compiler working under linux. I dont want to have to boot freedos everytime I want to compile.
