Two that I use fairly regularly are:
Cheat planet-www.cheatplanet.com
Game Sages-www.gamesages.com
As far as the best out there?? I don't know, but these 2 are fairly
useful for my purposes...release dates, links to other related PSX
things, reviews, codes, etc...
