Hello. I'm playing SimCity 3000, and I'm having trouble getting my city
to generate more people. I've placed police stations, fire stations,
schools, hospitals, et al, and nothing works. Help me so that I can

Have you created a mix of residential, industrial, and commercial zones?
Do all your facilities have power, and water? Also, keep in mind that
new growth occurs at the start of each month. Nothing will happen before
then.
