And is using my character "Kamilche" to scam people. My chest password has
been changed, my wrath has been stolen, and my account has been stolen.

DO NOT TRADE WITH ME! "Kamilche" is NOT me any more. Of course, Sierra
ignored my first message, and did nothing. Here is a copy of the second
message I sent to Sierra.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I have no idea why you didn't respond to my note yesterday, wherein I inquired
why my account no longer worked.

This evening, when my husband went to transfer the stuff out of my house to
his for safekeeping until you get this straightened out, the stuff had been
stolen, and the password on the chest had been changed.

I have been receiving e-mail from people who said they were scammed by me
today...

Had you reverted the password on this account to its original in a timely
manner, this tragedy would have been averted. However, your ignoring my
request has resulted in many people getting hurt on the game.

Please cancel this account, and refund my money immediately. I had just
renewed this CD, and it had 400 days left on it - certainly over a year's
worth of play.

Now, please DO THIS upon my request.... last year, when my sister's account
was stolen, you did nothing. You said she had to send in the original CD
cover, which of course was long gone. Thus, I paid $60 for her birthday
present, for nothing.

The fact that I renewed this within the last month should be good enough for
you - if you require a 2 year old CD cover to do this, I shall contact the
Better Business Bureau.

Hi Cindy,

I am sorry to hear of this. Any idea how someone would be able to
steal an account? Have you learned of anything that a person can do
to prevent this from happening to them?

I am especially sad because it sounds like you will no longer be part
of the Realm. I wish Sierra would take a more responsible approach to
dealing with their customer's problems. Thier attitude seems to be
that it is your problem and not ours. At the least they could have
frozen you account until this was cleared up.

Sigh. Good game, lousy company.

I think it is really bad that Sierra works on their game, THEN thinks about
it's customers problems. I am sorry that you are leaving the Realm, but I
guess if that happened to me, i would probably do the same thing. I was
wondering, did you E-mail sierra? you should send the message to
general...@realmserver.com and any other address that might help you.
Once again, I am very sorry for all this trouble these people have caused,
Sierra, and the people that stole your Acct.
