I'm not quite sure what the hell you are talking about with
"walking up to him", but Guile, Ken and Ryu (others? I dont feel like
thinking right now) can jab Honda's HHS and stop it cold. Nothing
tricky even, just jab.

I myself am not too sure about Guile, but Ken and Ryu can definitely jab
Honda's HHS. I like that fact myself, but feel that it's completely bogus.
Dragonpunching HHS is fine, but jabbing it? Come on! It's a joke for the
game to be like that.

Yeah. Guile can jab out... What looks even lamer is he can standing
short kick Honda out of his HHS...

If you're playing Ken or Ryu, is there any way to get out of the HHS if
you're caught in the middle of it? Is it possible to DP out of there or
do you have to just block until you are pushed out of range?
Also, I saw computer Chun Li throw Honda out of an HHS bulldozer attack
today--he was practically on top of her as she got up but she blocked
one hit and threw him. Looked pretty cool--can humans do this?

Do you mean the situation when you've fallen down or been thrown and Honda
starts up the HHS? Then there is a split second as you're getting up that
you can execute the DP to knock honda out of his HHS. As for Chun and
Ken/Ryu, if Honda is close enough when he's doing the HHS he can be thrown,
given the right timing. It's just like when people try to tick with the
quick shorts (Ken/Ryu), if they're too close they'll get thrown as they're
jabbing.
I've seen someone block one hit and then throw. It takes superb
timing.

Most of what looks fake usually is (i.e. the computer does it,
but you can't), but this move actually works. If you start and complete
a special move in between hits of Chun kick and Hondas HHS, you have a
chance of getting it. This does not work reliably (unless you are a
very calm person) because usually you know that if you screw up, you're
going to eat an extra hit. However, as I am the type of damage absorbing
and damage exchanging player that I am >:) I will invariably go for any
move that has a chance of succeeding, just so that it looks good when it
does succeed.
Anyway, in these cases, you can throw or do special moves, but
the timing (i.e. luck) has to be just right. You're sure to eat a
few shots before this succeeds for you...
