Alright. I've played against the twins a little more and confirmed a few
things. If this is just clarifying some stuff I posted before (since no
one else would). Here goes:

Juli & Juni: There are two head-swaps of Cammy. They have the same exact
outfit (I think?), which is all-black. The only part of their skin that
shows is their face. Juli has dark brown hair while Juni has
reddish-orange hair (however, I may have it reversed - the only time you
can actually tell is at the beginning of a round, where they stand in
the same order as their names under the energy bar, which reads as Juli
& Juni).

Fighting against them can be very hectic (especially when the machine is
on Level 8, like it is here). The match is a cross between Dramatic
Battle (2 on 1) and Endurance match: The twins fight simultaneously, but
they have separate energy bars (NOte: If SFA1's dramatic battle with Ken
and Ryu vs. Bison was exactly like this, let me know - I've never
actually played that mode). Which energy bar you see is shown when that
twin gets hit. When you defeat one, you still have to beat the other.
Their moves are similar to Cammy's, and they have a healing move that
can be done at any time: They both gain back energy from it, I believe.
However, they must hold hands to perform this move, and are totally
vulnerable while they do it. I'm not sure how fast they charge up, since
I keep whacking them out of it with Dhalsim's limbs, but it seems to be
pretty fast. They appear to have at least one super move that I've seen,
but only the dark-brown haired one seems to be the only one that uses
it, and it takes the entire energy meter, so it seems. This makes sense,
since their super meter is red (a la X-ism), and they have a long
guard-meter.

The twins can be very tough, since they attack independently, and if
they get on either side of you, you're in deep shit, since you can't
block the attacks of the one behind you (you automatically face
whoever's closest to you). They can and WILL juggle you to death - I
wouldn't be surprised if they had a 100% damage combo of some sort. To
beat them (at least with Dhalsim), it's best to keep them both on the
same side. The only thing with this this is that they repeatedly go into
their healing move when they're on the same side and far away from you.
For Dhalsim, this is no problem due to his range. For anyone else (so
far, I know that Birdie and Dhalsim fight them - I don't know who else),
it can be problamatic. TO balance off the BS that the twins can do, they
appear to take double damage from every hit. Heh. Nothing like frying
the two of them at once with a super. ^_^

I hope that some sort of dramatic battle mode exists in this game, since
I know that normally you can only play with one...

Onto Shin Bison. For those of you who haven't seen him, here's the run
down on the differences between Shin and the normal Bison:

- Has X-sim's red super meter and guard meter, but plays like A-sim. He
A-sim's FB, teleport, and his "superman" dive after the headstomp.

- His punch moves (or maybe only his fierce hits) have an extra-large
"psycho" glow, espcially his s.fierce, though I'm not sure if the range
of these moves have been increased. His s.fierce takes 2.5 blocks of
guard meter! (at least on this difficulty)

- Finally, like A-sim, he has two supers. His Knee Press Nightmare,
which (remember, these damages are on Level 8) is good for about 55 -
60%, just like A-sim's Level 3 KPN or X-sim's super. However, in
addition to that, and this is probably his most annoying addition, is
this awesome Super Psycho Crusher that looks like a cross between
A-sim's Psycho Crusher and Cyclop's Mega Optic Blast. He teleports
backwards, then blazes across the screen (the entire playfield if
possible) with it, leaving this masive blue-white beam in his wake (and
this weird, blue warp-hole like effect in the background). It takes up
about 70% of the screen's height, and it does up to 80% damage. It
cannot be air-blocked, and he CANNOT be hit out of it. I saw someone
time a jab DP with Ryu to knock him out of it, and Bison flew right
through him (Ryu didn't get hit, though). Blocked, it does about 10%
damage.

Aside from that torpedo, Shin Bison plays very much like A-ism's Bison
from A2, only more annoying. He fakes out with the Skull Dive a lot.
Also, like Bison of old, he has no charge time - he'll walk forward,
stick out a low short, then 2-in-1 into Scissor Kick (does more damage
than it sounds). As long as he doesn't have his super meter charged
(both supers take the entire super bar), he isn't *that* bad. But once
he's charged, you have to stay on the ground, or jump in very
cautionsly, and be very careful what you stick out, since the Super
Psycho Crusher has very little start up time. So far, on this machine,
I've beaten him with Vega *once*. I have yet to do it with Dhalsim. And
I have yet to even MAKE it to Shin with anyone else.. *sigh*. Oh well..
=p

Nope, Ryu / Ken shared one Energy Bar. Bison was really cheap, too.
(like, level 13 cheap, if that were possible).

Description, perhaps. The only ones I know of are healing, darkness, Spin
Drive Smasher, and the Psycho Streak (Bison summon)

This makes sense,

Perhaps you always fight them in X-ism?

Karin, too.

You could always try the SFZ2A method, which is hold PPP or KKK before
pressing Start to begin a new game.

Guess who has the best defense against this move? V-ism Dan! Push-block,
anyone?

Wow, this was hyperinformative. Thanks for posting this info. ('tho I'm
scared of fighting S. Bison now...!)

Cool. That's what I thought. Thanks for clearing that up.

Sorry about that. I knew I forgot something: It was the Spin Drive
Smasher (at least that's what it's closest to). I've never seen them
summon Bison, have no idea what the "darkness" is, and their healing
move is NOT a super! It's a normal move! They just have to be together
to do it (they hold hands while their energy recharges), so they can't
do it if they're attacking you from both sides.. Whoopee... -_-

All the times that I've fough them, yes. But I've only fought them with
X-ism Dhalsim too...

Cool. I wonder when I'll actually make it that far with her though.. I
keep get killed by the first or second character here.. o_O

[hoping for Dramatic Battle]

Hmmm... I forgot about that... I doubt it works, though, but I'll give
it a try.. =p

[snip Shin Bison's Super Psycho Crusher of Doom]

> Guess who has the best defense against this move? V-ism Dan! Push-block, anyone?

Maybe.. I wonder if V-Cody can dodge it..?

> Wow, this was hyperinformative. Thanks for posting this info. ('tho I'm scared of fighting S. Bison now...!)

Like I said, as long as you can avoid the Super Psycho Crusher or Doom
(SPCOD ;) , he's very similar to A2 CPU Bison. He still ducks down for
two seconds before launching a Psycho Shot (best time to attack him
really). Avoiding the SPCOD is the key. Of course, you still have to
avoid his Knee Press Knightmare, which also does tremendous damage, but
that's the actually the lesser danger of the two since he can't nail you
with it from an entire screen away for sticking out the wrong move, or
for jumping at the wrong time... =\

And just for the heck of it, I've now seen every win-screen portrait for
every character except for Chun Li and Sagat. Here's my opinion on the
remaining ones I've missed:

Sakura - Er, okay. NOthing special.

Dan: TERRIBLE! My lord, does Dan look awful in this.. Ties with Dhalsim
for the worst of the bunch.. :(

Charlie: Decent

Rose: Er, okay, but a little strange. Is it me, or has her chest gotten
even bigger?

Juli & Juni and Balrog are fought automatically before Shin Bison when
you play with certain characters. Juli & Juni are met when you play with
through Dhalsim, Birdie, or Karin. Balrog is met when you play with
Rolento or Blanka. I'm sure these bosses can be met with other
characters, but these are the only ones I know of. Anybody else feel
free to add to the list if you know...
