Just wondering what the differences between the final and the beta versions of
SF3:3s are. I'm kicking myself for having done this, but I'm slowly getting
into the game.

I know that James' Games has the beta, because it's the version where Yang has
the Magnetic Storm super. That's pretty much the criteria I'm using to
determine that this is the beta. But, the machine also seems different from
the UTC machine that I played awhile back. Just how many versions are out. I
know of the final, the Magnetic Storm version with red parries (what James'
Games has), the Magnetic Storm version where red parries don't flash red. Just
how many versions are there...and are any of them any good...?

On Twelve:
On IRC, I remember someone telling me that his X.C.O.P.Y. super left you
hanging for too long. On the machine I was practicing on, you could easily
switch it on after a throw, or whenever you got a hint of separation. I found
this to be an excellent super, as a matter of fact, and since the game lets ou
switch supers, you can be sure to use it only on characters that you know well.
But anyways, is there slowdown added on to the final?

On Hugo:
Here's something I know is fucked up. On the UTC machine, jumping on Hugo is
ass. Almost an automatic air throw. I had heard the same on the SHGL version.
But on the James' Games version I was being kicked out of it very easily.
What's the deal? I haven't played the SHGL version, or any version discernible
as a final, so just how good IS the air throw on the final?

That's about all I could tell for sure was different. Tell me if there are any
other differences. I want to at least know the game I'm getting ready for for
the SHGL tournament. Anyone know when that is supposed to take place? Tell me
any more differences anyone else has found.

Um...in the version I play the parries are a light-blue color.
