No, it's not "Nuff siad." Now more than any other time in its history,
this newsgroup is a laughing stock. Even the *regulars* of this newsgroup

It a sad fact. This newsgroup has hit the shitter bigtime. I try day in and
day out to find posts of any merit (tournaments or *intellectual* discussion)
but all I see is a clutter of crap from the lowest end of the SF food chain.
The only other posts I get a good kick out of are the ones which one of the
#capcom people flames some hapless loser, or when a certain individual who
will remain nameless makes another one of his silly ass assumptions without
any valid proof.
I don't know why I keep trying with this newsgroup.

If you've ever seen Bob Sagat do standup, you'll know his Full House persona
is about as far from his real personality as possible. Weird.
And to keep this post from being an entire waste of bandwidth (too late),
Powerstone got a 34 from Famitsu. I remember it got fairly lambasted from the
true "regulars"... any particular reason why, gameplay-wise? (Please... no super
intelligent responses like "it sucked")

Indeed. Eventually, you just have to look at what Capcom is giving us to
talk about: NOTHING. Between Strike Three (barring any MAJOR overhaul),
Powerstone, and JoJo, the pickins are pretty slim. The group always turns to
shit when there's nothing worth talking about.

I've always thought "How to pronounce Ryu" was one of the most inane,
dragged out conversations in the history of this group. But there are so many

You didn't communicate that to the rest of the newsgroup, though....so you
pretty much left yourself open for WhoaMoses's response.
Still, it's better to say something like..."I agree" and give reasons. You
know....give me something to shoot down. :)
Besides, this group would still live on stuff like strategy tips and combos if
people agreed on stuff. :)
Of course, it's good that it never happens. Otherwise, life in general would
be boring.
