And secondly, are there any Street Fighters whose age is unknown?

M. Bison (US), Gill, Q, Twelve, and Urien are all in that 'age unknown'
category, IIRC. Possibly Blanka, too.

The Oldest is Oro. His age is 140. The youngest is Sakura, age 14. Unless you
count Twelve who was created. I think he's 3.

And I believe Babyhead/Hoover (of Team Commando) is 2.

Since when is Sakura 14? She was 16 last time I checked, she and Karin
alike.

Isn't Ibuki younger than Sakura? I know she shows up in some random game (Gem
Fighter?) as like a 12 year old or summit

depends on the timeframe..

She probably is younger than Sakura relative to sf3
but when considering SFA timeline Ibuki is probably very very young... I
don't know this for sure but it would make sense... <<this is mostly becuase
SFA happened long before SF3, didn't it?>>

Well, since the SFA series is comprised only of Dream Matches (a la the
VS games), SFA never really happened, according to Capcom.
