At the risk of sounding uneducated, what is Chun Li's Super #2 in SF3:3s (is
it a Super Kikkoken, Thousand Burst Kick, or another super entirely)? Why
would anyone want it banned? Like EA Sports says, if it's in the game, it's
in the game.

After a lengthy IRC discussion, it has become apparent that the reason
is this: Henry Cen is a moron. He uses lame examples such as people
getting win streaks, and the super being too damaging (yet Gigas Breaker
is OK), too fast (yet Rolling Thunder is OK), and other various
horseshit.
Here is a brilliant idea: Everyone gets to ban one move that they can't deal
with, or better yet a whole character...personally I think throws cramp my
style, so I say ixnay to Hugo's 360. Or his near 100% air defense
thingy...what's up with that...dude, ban that shit so I can jump around.
Seriously...get a life. Unless the super is unblockable 100% damage from
anywhere on the screen just deal with it...here's a novel idea: *block*, or
better yet parry. Yeah man, that #2 super is the cheapest move ever...you
realize how stupid it is if everyone adopts the "ban what kills me" approach
to tourney organizing?
