Cap'n Commando's 100% damage throw

I was reading some faqs on Cap'n Commando and I came across an
interesting piece of informantion, A THROW THAT DOES 100% DAMAGE. The
author of the faq wouldn't say how to do it because he's being receiving
so much e-mail for the move that his e-mail account is backed up. Does
any body have any idea how to do it?

I know how to do it! Okay first you have to do Captain Commando's normal f+FP
throw. Then you spin around three times, grab your crotch like Michael Jackson
while screaming at the top of your lungs......and now here's the HARD part....

You have to reach behind the machine and press the power switch! WHAM! 100%
damage! Not only do you kill the character onscreen but the one offscreen as
well!

Now don't let this get out guys, it's really top-secret, hush-hush stuff.

Actually there is one. Only against the Cpu only i believe. I saw Choi do
it in Vegas. I've only gotten it to go for 50% or so since it requires MAD
rubb skillz heh. Just do the shock therapy normal throw and once u have
them in it keep doing "the rub" as quick as u can. I have no idea if u have
to use only punch or only kick. I just rub it all. Like I said i can only
keep it up for 50% cuz our buttons are so stiff here. btw. i'm not a MvC
player. Just wanted to throw that in there :) MAX-OUT kRIS g.

I can confirm this actually, but I've only seen it once. My friend
showed it to me, and yes it's against the CPU only. Grab someone with
his roundhouse throw (the aforementioned "Shock therapy"), and if you
mash hard enough (the kicks alone I think; not sure about punch) CapCom
just keeps draining energy and doesn't let go.
