I like Hugo, but he's so weak, you can't do anything with him. If they
gave him more priority and less recovery time on certain moves ( Standing
Fierce, Ducking Fierce, Ducking Roundhouse ), he'd be half-decent. As it
stand now, playing him is the kiss of death. . . .for you!
