Okay.

Go to the Annapolis Mall at Annapolis, MD. Go to the arcade next to the
theaters. X-Men vs. Street Fighter is there.

I'm trying to learn Zangief, although I have won the game with him
already. I've finished the game with Charlie, Dhalsim, Zangief, Rogue,
Sabretooth, Cyclops, Jugganaut, and Magneto. Try finishing the game with
Zangief and Juggy. It appears to be the toughest team to win the game
with. Of all the characters, only Dhalsim is the one I am pretty good
with.

Oh, the game at the Mall seems to be set at a low difficulty rating and,
the joystick on the left side doesn't work.
