Arolos Weyr - A Long-Running Pern RPG

Do you want to play a Candidate, with plenty of time to learn the ins
and outs of your character before Hatching beckons? Or do you want
somewhere you can play a rider, with other active adult riders to mix
with? Maybe you want somewhere you can play around with Pern politics
and see how things work out? Come give Arolos a try, we have the game
for you!

When a Weyr rises up against its ranking riders there is no room for
shades of grey. Caught between two Weyrs, Arolos must pick a side -
does it side with stern Fort who were known to brutalise their greens
and blues or wild Ista who feel bronze and gold hides should not
predetermine a dragon-pairs place in life?

Meanwhile, with a while to go before the next Eggs on the Sands, the
Candidates are sent out in groups to explore the South. Will they
learn to work together as groups before there are dragons involved, or
will they pluck danger out of what should be a relatively safe trip?

Back at the Weyr, a stomach bug passes from person to person. It's an
inconvenience rather than a danger, but it's still difficult to run a
Weyr when a large fraction of the people are sick!
