Keypad Code in RE1

How do you open the door with the keypad in the wasps room in RE1??
The Pool Table has three balls numbered 3, 6 & 9, and the fourth number
appears to be "1", but I don't see the order in which I must type them...

Ok, go back to the pool table, look at the cue sticks laying on the table.
They represent the hands of a clock. The position they're in will be the code
for the keypad.
But if you're playing as chris, go to plant 42 and he'll get captured. Then
Rebecca will be the one to enter the keypad room.
