No. Just the infinite ammo weapons you earn/buy. Ashley is invincible while
wearing her "special 2" costume on the PS2 version of RE4, and that's the
closest to a health cheat as it gets in RE4. Not everyone finds this game
easy, but the more you play it the easier it becomes.
