I installed the original version of roller coster tycoon onto xp.When
i tried to play it i got a message saying roller coaster tycoon is
not supported on windows nt.I tried compatablity mode but that does
not help.I also installed the patch but with that i got a mess age
saying "exception raised-access violation Error:location unknown.Does
anybody else no anyother solutions.

i also had this problem in the end i went out and bought RCT2

I installed RCT and the expansions on my computer with XP and have
experienced no problems at all. Wish I could have had some experience to
help you with but it doesn't sound like a problem with the game most likely
something in you system.

You need to get the patch from

play RCT1 on windowsXP without it you get an trapper error everytime.

they wont really work. Try the drexler patch.

Update your RCT to the max first and then apply. If you get a 500 server
error just press F% of ya keyboard or refrsh the page =)
