Double click the red stop light and then re-open it (or test-run, whichever you
prefer)
A note is that when it's crashed, hardly anyone will want to ride it anymore.
They'll think it's unsafe.

I had the same problem.
Then, I read the answer here.
Try double-clicking on the red light (the one that stops the ride).
This resets the ride so it will run again.
One of the good things this group did for me!

Huh... Usuaully, I've seen if you just plop a shop on water, it'll
build level with the path... Just with pillars and supports
underneath. If that doesn't work, you could always raise a square of
ground under where you want the shop.
